I grew up in Montana, and I still answer my own phone.

I ran businesses before real estate, which is probably why I care so much about the plan being written down. My team and I work Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado Counties, from Granite Bay and El Dorado Hills to Loomis, Auburn, Folsom, and East Sacramento, and homes that didn't sell the first time are a big part of what we do.

You will get a straight answer from me, in writing, before you sign anything.
